Ed Lutito

Owner/Operator

With over 40 years of McDonald's experience, Edward Lutito has owned & operated the Lutito McDonald's organization for 21 years. He began as a crew person and worked his way up the ranks before becoming an Operator himself.

David Lutito

Growing up with ketchup up his veins, David worked at McDonald's at 17. After starting his corporate career in finance, David joined the ranks of Lutito McDonald's in 2018 and has worked to become an approved Operator in the McDonald's system. He now serves as an Operator - VP of Operations within the McFamily.

Lloyd Draper

Director of operations

Lloyd is a Hamburger University graduate and has spent 16 years with Lutito McDonald's. Lloyd was awarded the 2003 Ray Kroc award for ranking as a Top 1% General Manager nationwide. 

Nancy Hernandez-Garcia

Area supervisor

With 18 years of McDonald's experience under her belt, Nancy is an Area Supervisor. She began her career as a crew person, working her way up to leadership. She is a Hamburger University graduate & has received various awards including Outstanding Restaurant Manager and the Making a Difference award.

Chris Mina

Area supervisor

Chris is an Area Supervisor,  Hamburger University and OTP graduate. With over 22 years of experience, his determination, winning spirit and hard work have earned him many awards throughout his career. 

Nathan Campbell

supervisor - training, people experience & technology

Nathan, as Supervisor of Training, People Experience & Technology oversees the organization’s training and development programs and is an expert in technology. He isis a Deans List Graduate from Hamburger University and has been with McDonald's for 12 years.

Sandra Valdez

Administrative Assistant ​

With over 17 years of McDonald's experience, Sandra is an Administrative Assistant for Lutito McDonald's. She has experience as a General Manger and keeps things running behind the scenes!

Aida Laredo

Aida is the General Manager for the Braker/Research Blvd. location in Austin, TX. She has been with McDonald’s for over 12 years, has worked all positions in the restaurant and she is a Hamburger University graduate.

Lucero Zapata

Lucero, General Manager of our Cedar Park location, is a proud Hamburger University graduate. Lucero has worked for McDonald’s for 5 over years, she started as a crew and worked her way up to her current position. She enjoys celebrating her team.

Renee Sullivan

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ​

Renee, as an Administrative Assistant, oversees administrative activities at all of the organization's locations. Renee has been with Lutito McDonald's for 16 years and keeps our Golden Arches shining behind the scenes!

Araceli Sandoval

Araceli is the General Manager of the iconic Capital Plaza location in Austin, Texas. She has over 20 years of McDonald’s experience; she began her career as a crew person and grew into the General Manager she is today. She is a graduate of Hamburger University and can proudly say she runs one of the busiest McDonald’s in Central Texas. Araceli was awarded the Ray Kroc Award as a Top 1% General Manager nationwide for 2023 - 2024.

Ana Morales Cortez

Ana, General Manager in Training of our Pecan Park location, has worked for McDonald’s for over 18 years, she has worked all levels in the restaurant and is eager to continue growing with our organization.

Liliana Serrano

GENERAL MANAGER

 Liliana is the General Manager of our Anderson Lane location in Austin, Texas. She has over 20 years of McDonald’s experience and is a HU graduate; she started as a crew person and became a General Manager through dedication and perseverance.

Sergio Mendez-Arroyo

Sergio is the General Manager at the Great Oaks location in Austin, Texas. He has worked for McDonald’s for over 7 years, and he is a proud Hamburger University graduate. McDonald’s is Sergio’s first job; he started as a crew person, worked his way up to his current position and plans to continue growing in the business.
