Nancy Hernandez-Garcia 

Area Supervisor

Nancy is an Area Supervisor in the Greater Austin area. She has been with McDonald’s for over 16 years. Nancy began her restaurant journey as a crew person; from there, she learned, mastered and excelled at all management positions prior to being promoted to Area Supervisor. Nancy is a Hamburger University graduate; she aspires to continue learning and developing with McDonald’s. Throughout her career she has received various awards including Outstanding Restaurant Manager and the Making a Difference award. In her spare time , she enjoys spending time with her daughter.
